First check to make sure that the sight is listed in Directory results:

• Begin with the basic search box on the main Yahoo! Canada page, or go to an empty search results page.
  
• Click the Directory tab.
  
• Type your site's URL into the box and click the Search button.

If your site is listed in the Directory, it will appear in your results. If you are searching Yahoo! Web search and come across a link that you find listed under 'Web Results' and it does not have a red arrow and category link labeled " More sites about" underneath the site listing, you are seeing a search result directly from one of our third party search partners.

Please note:

• We reserve the right to edit or refuse change requests.
• We only make modifications we deem necessary. If your site is accurately listed, we will not make changes to enhance your listing.
• When reviewing requests, our highest priority is to make changes to incorrect listings. Requests to enhance a description get a lower priority.

On the change form, we ask for the email address you originally used to submit your request. If you can't remember it, use the form anyway, including any possible addresses in the "message" area. This will help us recall your record.

If you get an error when using the change form, it is most likely that your site is not actually listed in the Yahoo! Directory, or that the site is newly listed in the Directory and the form may take another week to recognize the listing.
