At the close of auction, if you have not received any bids, or if your reserve price has not been met, you may resubmit your auction.
To resubmit your auction:
- Click on \"My Auctions\" on the upper right hand corner of any auctions page.
- Click on the \"Closed/Sold\" link.
- To the right of the auction title, click on \"Resubmit.\"
- On the next page, edit or add any information you want to include when you resubmit your auction. When you've finished, click on the \"Continue\" button.
- Preview your auction. If you need to make any corrections, click the \"Back\" button at the bottom of the page.
- Click on the \"Submit Auction\" button to post your auction.
When you resubmit, consider making changes to your original listing. Evaluate the following:
- Was your starting price too high?
- Did you include a photo of the item?
- Did you provide a detailed description of the item?
Please note that if the previous version of your auction closed without a winning bidder, our system essentially recycles the auction. The resubmitted version reuses the old auction ID number, the previous version no longer shows in your Closed/Sold list, and all information from the previous version (such as bids and questions asked) disappears.
