To rate a bidder:

• Click on \"My Auctions\" on the upper right hand corner from any page in Yahoo! Auctions, and then select the \"Closed/Sold\" option.
• Scroll down to find the appropriate auction. Click on the auction title link to access the item page.
• Scroll down and locate the bidder's information in the Winners List. On the right side, you will see a \"Rate Buyer\" link. Click on that link to access the feedback page.
• From the pull-down rating menu, you may select a rating of excellent, good, average, poor, or bad. You may also include additional comments. When you are done rating the buyer, click on the \"Rate Buyer\" button.

To rate a reserve bidder:

• Click on \"My Auctions\" on the upper right-hand corner from any page in Yahoo! Auctions, and then select the \"Closed/Sold\" option.
• Scroll down to find the appropriate auction. Click on the auction title link to access the item page.
• Click on \"Remove\" next to the winner's name. The reserve bidder will then be promoted to the Winners List.
• Once you've removed your original auction winner, the reserve bidder will get an email informing them that you have moved them into the winning position. They can choose to accept or reject the win. If they accept, a feedback link will appear next to their ID in the Winners List.
• Once the reserve bidder has accepted the winning position, click on the \"Leave Feedback\" link next to their ID in the Winners List in order to rate them.
• From the rating pull-down menu, you may select a rating of excellent, good, average, poor, or bad. You may also include additional comments. When you are done rating the buyer, click on the \"Rate Buyer\" button.

Please remember that your feedback cannot be edited, although you may return at a later time to change the rating and post additional comments.
