Sellers have the ability to cancel bids placed on their auctions. Go to the \"Cancel Bids\" link in your Auction Manager (located on your auction page).

Use this tool with discretion -- please think twice before you cancel a bid. Once you cancel a bid, you cannot retrieve that bid, and the bidder cannot return and bid in that auction again.

To access Auction Manager:

1. Click on the \"My Auctions\" link on the upper right-hand corner on any auctions page.
2. Click on the \"Selling\" link for a list of current auctions where you are the seller.
3. Click on the \"Manage\" link to the right of the auction you want to manage.

1. Click on the \"Cancel Bid\" link.
2. Click on \"cancel\" next to the name of the user whose bid you want to cancel.
3. Check the \"Blacklist this person\" checkbox if you would like to prevent the bidder from participating in any of your auctions.
4. Click on the \"Confirm Bid Cancel\" box.

When should you use this tool?

• When a bidder has asked you to remove their bid. Bidders do not have the ability to remove their own bids, and must request that sellers remove their bids for them.
• When you suspect that a bidder on your auction does not mean to follow through with their bid, or is otherwise behaving dishonestly.
