Searching by seller name
Perhaps you've purchased on Yahoo! Auctions before or you know from word-of-mouth that a particular seller has a great reputation. You want to buy from that seller, but how do you find them? You will need to know that seller's Yahoo! I.D. Return to the Options search, and enter the sellers I.D. in the Find a buyer or seller by name field. This search will take you to the seller's listings page.

Browse by category
This is one of the best ways to experience Yahoo! Auctions. You never know what kind of treasures you'll find when you're just browsing around.

Yahoo! Auctions are broken up into categories. A Yahoo! Surfer (a person who manages the categories, like a librarian who organizes books in a library), creates and combines categories based on user feedback.

Start by clicking on any of the categories off the front page of Yahoo! Auctions. Follow through until you've found your item of interest. If you return often to your favorite categories (example: Antiques & Collectibles > Memorabilia), you might want to bookmark them for quick access next time.
