1. FREE Registration
   
   • Fill out the Registration Form.

     When creating a Yahoo! I.D. we suggest you use an ID that represents the charity
     For example: habitatforhumanity

   • Don't forget your ID and password!

2. Provide Information about Your Charity
   • Click on the Account Info link on the front page of Yahoo! Auctions. You will need to be registered before you can go to this page.
   • Scroll down on this page to the \"About Me\" section.
     This is where you should provide contact information on your charity. Please provide a contact name, address, and phone number. Bidders will look for this information so that they can contact your charity to ask questions.

     Here's an example of how you can use the About Me field:
     http://auctions.yahoo.com/ca/user/charityauctions

     You can also provide additional promotion for your charity by filling out the information at http://profile.yahoo.com
     For example: http://profiles.yahoo.com/charityauctions

3. You are Ready to Submit Your Charity Auctions
   
   • Click on \"Submit Auctions\" link on the front page of Yahoo! Auctions.
   • Choose the proper category for your charity auction items.
   • You will need to fill out a submission form for each item you are auctioning.

4. Marketing & Promotion

   Now that you have finished entering your items for auction, you can start actively promoting them.

   This includes:

   • Posting Messages in related Message Boards.
   • Create a Yahoo! Club for your charity and promote the auctions there.
   • Visit listservs and post messages there.
   • Contact print, television, and radio for additional promotion.
   • Yahoo! Auctions promotes charity auctions based upon editorial discretion and space availability. To schedule your auctions with us, we will need ONE MONTH NOTICE before the start of your auctions. To notify us, please fill out this form.
