• Click on "My Auctions" from the front page of Yahoo! Auctions.
• Under "Won", locate the auction that you won and click on the auction title.
• Scroll down to see the seller's email address under item 2. You will also see how to leave feedback for the seller here.

The seller is ultimately responsible for contacting the buyer to arrange for payment and shipping of the item.
