How do I uninstall Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection?

You can uninstall the entire Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection suite or any of the components by following these steps:

First, save any open files and close them.

1. Click Start in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.
2. Select Programs, then Rogers Yahoo!, then Uninstall Rogers Yahoo! Applications.
3. Click the + next to Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection to select the entire suite or any of the components.
4. Follow the instructions provided in the uninstaller wizard program.

To uninstall the Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection suite through the Windows Control Panel:

1. Click Start in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.
2. Select Settings, then Control Panel.
3. In the Control Panel window, double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon.
4. Click Rogers Yahoo! Applications, then click Change/Remove.
5. Click Select All or select any of the components.
6. Click Uninstall.
7. In the Uninstaller window, click Yes.
8. Follow the instructions in Norton Personal Firewall Setup.
9. In Restart Alert, click Yes.
   The computer shuts down, then restarts. If message boxes—for example, 16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem—open, click Close.
