How do I uninstall Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection? |
You can uninstall the entire Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection suite or any of the components by following these steps:
First, save any open files and close them.
- Click Start in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.
- Select Programs, then Rogers Yahoo!, then Uninstall Rogers Yahoo! Applications.
- Click the + next to Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection to select the entire suite or any of the components.
- Follow the instructions provided in the uninstaller wizard program.
To uninstall the Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection suite through the Windows Control Panel:
- Click Start in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.
- Select Settings, then Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel window, double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon.
- Click Rogers Yahoo! Applications, then click Change/Remove.
- Click Select All or select any of the components.
- Click Uninstall.
- In the Uninstaller window, click Yes.
- Follow the instructions in Norton Personal Firewall Setup.
- In Restart Alert, click Yes.
The computer shuts down, then restarts. If message boxes—for example, 16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem—open, click Close.
