Rogers Yahoo! Anti-Spyware didn't remove everything. What do I do?

Some items require you to scan and reboot your computer twice or more to completely remove them. If the same item shows up in multiple scans, please use our feedback form to let us know.

If you have selected Cookies in the Scan Options panel of Norton Spyware scan, opened from the dashboard, you will likely see them in every scan result after browsing the web. Tracking cookies do not pose a security threat.
