How do I restore a quarantined item in Norton Spyware Scan? |
To restore a quarantined item in Norton Spyware Scan, do the following:
- Run Rogers Yahoo! Anti-Spyware: click Scan Now in the Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection Dashboard and Scan Now in the next window, AntiSpyware - Norton Spyware Scan. After the scan, a Scan Results panel appears with a Continue button next to it.
- Select Remove, Ignore, or Quarantine for any new results of the scan.
- Click Continue.
A summary of the last completed scan opens.
- Click View Quarantine at the bottom of the summary.
The Quarantine list opens.
- If necessary, click Un-Check all Items.
- Select the quarantined item you want to restore.
- Click Continue.
