How do I disable Parental Controls entirely?

Customize each of the categories of permissions to grant full access and usage. This retains all the capabilities of Parental Controls if you wish to enable them in the future.

To do this for the web filter and other settings, do the following:

1. Clcik Start > Programs > Rogers Yahoo! Hi-Speed Internet > Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection. This opens the Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection dashboard.
2. Click Parental Controls, and then click the Edit Settings link. This opens the browser to the settings summary.
3. Click the name for whom you want to disable Parental Controls.
4. Click Edit Settings opposite Web Filter.
5. Click No Restrictions under General Restrictions and clear Restrict all Internet Applications under Application Restrictions, and then click Save Settings.
6. Click Edit Settings opposite Email.
7. Clear all the checkboxes, and then click Save Settings.
8. Click Edit Settings opposite Messenger.
9. Clear all the checkboxes, and then click Save Settings.
10. Click Edit Settings opposite Rogers Yahoo Services.
11. Clear all the checkboxes, and then click Save Settings.
12. Repeat for the next subaccount as needed at step 3.

To protect your family with these features, you must create accounts for each member. Furthermore, you must install and activate a program on each PC used.
