How do I disable Parental Controls for just Web Access?

In the Web Filter settings page, click No Restrictions under General Restrictions and clear Restrict all Internet Applications under Application Restrictions, and then click Save Settings.

To get to the web filter settings, do the following:

  1. Clcik Start > Programs > Rogers Yahoo! Hi-Speed Internet > Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection. This opens the Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection dashboard.
  2. Click Parental Controls, and then click the Edit Settings link. This opens the browser to the settings summary.
  3. Click the name for whom you want to disable Parental Controls.
  4. Click Edit Settings opposite Web Filter.
  5. Click No Restrictions under General Restrictions and clear Restrict all Internet Applications under Application Restrictions, and then click Save Settings.
  6. Sign out.
To protect your family with these features, you must create accounts for each member. Furthermore, you must install and activate a program on each PC used.
