My ID doesn't work for Instant Approval. What do I do?

Make sure that you're using the correct ID for Instant Access. You must the same ID that you used when you first set up Parental Controls. If it still doesn't work, have your child send a Permission Slip instead, and approve it, rather than using Instant Approval.

To protect your family with these features, you must create accounts for each member.
