What do I do if I've turned it on, but there's no data?

If there's no Report Card in your Yahoo! Mail Inbox, first make sure that you've waited a sufficient period of time between activating the Report Card, your child's activities, and checking your Inbox.

Also make sure that your child has used the Internet on a computer with Parental Controls since you turned on the Report Card.


To protect your family with these features, you must create accounts for each member. Furthermore, you must install and activate a program on each PC used.
