Why can't I download the Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection software with my Firefox browser?

Because the installer has not been written for installation through Firefox, and the Rogers Yahoo! Software Centre detects that you are using Firefox.

You will have to use Rogers Yahoo! Browser or Internet Explorer for the download and subsequent installation because the installer is written for installation through features available in those two browsers.

Nevertheless, once you have downloaded and installed Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection, you can use Firefox for all things Yahoo! with the exception of the Rogers Yahoo! Pop-Up Blocker component in Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection. That component works with features only in Rogers Yahoo! Browser and Internet Explorer.
