When does the icon turn into an exclamation mark and what should I do?

The system tray icon turns into the yellow alert icon for a variety of reasons, all of which require some action or response on your part. The most common reasons for the alert icon are:

• Yahoo! Anti-Spy has not been run within two weeks
• Anti-Virus is turned off
• There is an important Alert in your Yahoo! Online Protection Dashboard

You should open your Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection Dashboard, look for the component(s) that are displaying the alert icon, and follow the simple instructions to address the issue.
