Is Anti-Virus always on, or do I have to do something?

Anti-Virus software is not necessarily always on, but it is turned on by default after installation.

To check that it's on, first open Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection Dashboard in one of these ways:

• Double-click the desktop icon.
• Right-click the Online Protection system tray icon and select Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection Dashboard from the menu.
• Click the Protection button on the toolbar of the Rogers Yahoo! Browser.
• Select, starting from the Start menu, the following successive menu items: Programs > Rogers Yahoo! Hi-Speed Internet > Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection Dashboard.

Look at the Anti-Virus tile in the list. If Anti-Virus is on, there should be a green circle icon and the word "On."

If instead there is a yellow triangle and the word "Off," then click the Anti-Virus tile to expand it and click On in the expanded tile.
