How do I remove items that were found?

You click Remove in the Rogers Yahoo! Anti-Spy window titled Scan Results after you select a row in the list "Items to remove."

To click the Remove button, first open Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection Dashboard in one of these ways:

• Double-click the desktop icon.
• Right-click the Online Protection system tray icon and select Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection from the menu.
• Click the Protection button on the toolbar of the Rogers Yahoo! Browser.
• Select, starting from the Start menu, the following successive menu items: Programs > Rogers Yahoo! > Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection.

Then follow these steps:

1. Click the Anti-Spy tile.
   This expands the tile.
   
   
2. Click Scan Now.
   This opens Rogers Yahoo! Anti-Spy.
   
   
3. Click Begin Scan.
   The scan can run between half a minute and a few minutes. It opens a window for Scan Results and shows a list of "Items to remove."
   
   
4. Click an item once to select it.
   Although it is possible to select multiple items by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and clicking the next item, we recommend against this practice because the combined effects of removing more than one item are sometimes difficult to resolve. The best use of this feature is to remove only one item at a time.
   
   
5. Click Remove.
   The list refreshes with the remaining items.
