How do I use Rogers Yahoo! Anti-Spy?

In order to use Rogers Yahoo! Anti-Spy, you must have the application installed on your computer. If you do not have Rogers Yahoo! Anti-Spy installed, http://toolbar.yahoo.com to download it. Rogers Yahoo! Anti-Spy is free to Rogers customers.

To launch the application, you can either double-click the Rogers Yahoo! Anti-Spy desktop item, or go to the Start menu, locate your Rogers programs folder, and select "Rogers Yahoo! Anti-Spy."

From the main screen, click "Begin Scan" to perform a scan. "Advanced Options" are available on the main screen. By default, Rogers Yahoo! Anti-Spy is set to scan for tracking cookies. Tracking cookies are used to track your web browsing behavior for the purpose of displaying targeted advertising.

When the scan is completed, you will see the "Scan Results" window. This window gives you more information on detected item(s). You can learn more about each item by selecting and clicking "View Details" (highly recommended) or you can simply remove an item by selecting it and clicking "Remove."
