I see the Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar, but clicking the buttons doesn't work. |
If all Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar buttons are taking you to "404 Document Not Found" error pages, you most likely are experiencing problems with your network connection. Please check the following:
- Make sure your Internet connection is working. If you type a web address into the Address bar of your browser, are you taken to that web site? If not, please contact your network administrator or network service provider.
- Are you at work? Many businesses have proxy servers installed that block network access until you have authenticated to the proxy server. Once you authenticate to the proxy server, select "Refresh Toolbar" from the Pencil menu on the Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar.
- Do you have an incompatible program running? Following are examples of some programs known to be incompatible with Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar:
- Norton Internet Security PE 2001 3.0
- RealGuide icon and MSN Messenger icon in IE toolbar
- Netzip Download Demon (often from RealPlayer 7)
- WebWasher
- Anonymiser
- VX2
