Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar keeps asking me to update even after I choose "Yes."

Your computer might not have been rebooted since you installed the latest update and the update might not be completely installed yet. Please restart your computer.

If you're on a computer at work, you might not have the administrative privileges on your system necessary to install a Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar auto-update. Please reinstall your Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar by going to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel and removing Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar, then install the latest Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar by visiting the Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar home page and following the instructions to download and install the toolbar.
