Starting with Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar 6.2 for Internet Explorer, the toolbar periodically alerts you about helpful toolbar features.

Some examples of these tips are:
- A tip on how to use the search and navigation features of Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar when you first start it after installation.
- A tip regarding the News button along with a quick way to add it to your Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar if you visit Rogers Yahoo! News.

- Click "Settings" then select "Toolbar Options."
- Under the "More Options section of the Toolbar Options dialogue, uncheck "Enable Feature Tips".
- Click "OK".
