I'm receiving the message "Software Installation is currently disabled" when trying to install the toolbar.

Software installation in Firefox is enabled by default. However, you might have disabled it unintentionally at some point in the past.

To re-enable Extension and Theme installing, please do the following:

1. Type "about:config" into the address bar.
2. Type "xpinstall" into the filter field.
3. Find "xpinstall.enabled" in the browser window. If it is "false", double-click it to change the value to "true".

You should now be able to install extensions and themes.
