Toolbar options for Mozilla Firefox

The Toolbar Options window is only available on Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar for Mozilla Firefox version 1.0 or newer. To check the version, select "About Yahoo! Toolbar" from the pencil icon menu to the left of the search box.

Select "Toolbar Options" from the pencil menu to change options. To choose other buttons for your toolbar or change their order, use the "Personal Options" sub-menu from the pencil menu. These settings require a Yahoo! ID and work on any computer when you're signed in with your Yahoo! ID.

Buttons

• Anti-Spy: Scan and protect your PC from spyware and adware. If this option is checked, the Anti-Spy button appears on your Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar.

Search

• Suggest popular searches: If this item is checked, the search box will show popular searches that match what you are typing in the search box. This is only available for versions 1.3 and higher.
• Enable search history: If checked, your most recent 50 search terms will be saved and will be shown in the search box if they match. This is only available for versions 1.3 and higher.

More Options

• Show icons only without names: Only display button icons; do not display button text.
• Show Yahoo! menu on the menubar: Places a Yahoo! menu on your browser menu bar.
