Where is the Pencil Menu?

The Settings Menu in Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar 6 looks like a pencil: . In Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar 7, the Settings Menu looks like a gray silhouette when you are not signed in, and is either a green silhouette or your avatar when you are signed in. In Rogers Yahoo! Toolbar 8, the Settings Menu looks like a green gear when you are signed in, or a gray gear when you are not signed in.
