Why do I need to register in addition to downloading Messenger?

We’ll only be accepting a limited number of users at first and registration is how we keep track. Once we meet this number, we’ll start a waiting list. And since we’ll be increasing the number of users continuously, we’ll add the people who have registered in the order they were added to the waiting list. It’s all very…orderly. Hopefully.

How do you register? Get your Rogers Yahoo! Messenger here, and register by clicking “New! IM Windows Live™ (MSN) Messenger friends” at the top of your new Messenger window. On the page that opens, click “Join the Beta” to register, and off you go!
