You integrated my Calendar into the bottom of my Mail page! Super! How do I use it?

It’s true – now you can see and navigate through upcoming events (and even past events, too) without leaving your Mail page. Really? Mm-hm. Go ahead and manage them down there, too: edit, delete, and print them out. Even add new ones! W-o-w.

Here are a couple of ways to use the Calendar Timeline:

Have you ever written a message to a friend and wanted to pick a free time to hook up? Well, now you can just scan your schedule in the timeline while you compose the message. Either move your mouse over today’s date for a quick rundown of what you have in store for the rest of the day, or click the calendar icon to choose a different day. Looks like two-thirty Wednesday might be open! All right then. That was easy.

You can also use the timeline as an ongoing to-do list. Just click “+” on the right end any time you think of something to add. This opens an “Add New Event” box where you can write whatever you’d like, then set a reminder – Rrrring! – to ensure you won’t miss a thing.
