Why should I reset the Rogers Yahoo! SpamGuard Plus filter?

Do you feel like Rogers Yahoo! SpamGuard Plus is persistently misdirecting valid messages into the Spam folder? Or putting spam messages into your Inbox or personal folders? Resetting the filter lets you start "training" Rogers Yahoo! SpamGuard Plus from scratch.

To reset your Rogers Yahoo! SpamGuard Plus filter:

  1. Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Mail page and select Mail Options.
  2. From the list on the left, click Spam.
  3. Next to “Control SpamGuard” and “Automatically send suspected spam…”, click Reset Filter.

Note: Now, if any spam shows up in your Inbox or personal folders, click Spam to start training Rogers Yahoo! SpamGuard Plus again.
