What do I need to do to make Rogers Yahoo! SpamGuard Plus work?

To enjoy the benefits of Rogers Yahoo! SpamGuard Plus, make sure it's turned on!

Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Mail page and select Mail Options. From the list on the left, click Spam. Next to “Control SpamGuard" heading, do you see a check beside “Automatically send suspected spam to my Spam Folder”? Great. If not, just click the box to add the check.

When you become a Rogers Yahoo! Mail subscriber, you're automatically upgraded to Rogers Yahoo! SpamGuard Plus.

Rogers Yahoo! SpamGuard Plus automatically filters suspected spam to your Spam folder. For results that are personalized just for you, remember to train your filter by:

  • Click Spam (either the button above your Inbox, or in the Spam column beside a message in your Inbox) to report spam that's been delivered to your Inbox or to one of your personal folders.
  • Click Not Spam to report messages you want in your Inbox that were delivered to your Spam folder.

Following these steps will improve your Rogers Yahoo! SpamGuard Plus. The more you train Rogers Yahoo! SpamGuard Plus by marking messages Spam or Not Spam, the better it works for you.
