I thought I was online/Available, but suddenly I notice I’m offline. What happened? How do I reconnect? |
Sometimes internet connections are interrupted. This can happen for all sorts of reasons – you’ve probably experienced it before.
If you get disconnected, just try clicking Offline at the top of the page next to your sign-in ID. This opens a menu where you can re-select Available.
If that doesn’t work, click the Convert to Email button in the chat toolbar to save and send (as an email) any chat content that you don’t want to lose. Then try refreshing the Rogers Yahoo! Mail page by clicking your browser’s Refresh button. This reloads Rogers Yahoo! Mail – and cancels any chats you might have had in progress.
