I reported something as spam, but it's still coming to my Inbox. What’s up?

Rogers SpamGuard's algorithms analyze the content of messages you report as Spam or Not Spam. These algorithms undergo a brief adjustment period before they can 100% predict what you consider spam. So you may have to report the same type of message a couple of times before Rogers SpamGuard nails it.
