I've received an email that asks for my Rogers Yahoo! ID and password. What should I do?

Rogers Yahoo! will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited email. Please report the incident to us.

If you've already been tricked into giving your password, please use the contact form and supply as much detail as possible.

  • Change your password immediately. Here's how: At the top of your Mail window, under where it says Welcome, yourname, click "My Account". After entering your current password, you'll see your account information page. Click the link near the top that reads, Change Password.
  • Email: Include the full header and the entire email you received. To reveal the full header, click "Compact Header" or "Standard Header" in the header section above the message window, and select "Full Header". The full header opens in a separate window. Please copy and paste this information into the message you send us.
  • Web page: Include the full URL of the web page collecting passwords.

If you entered credit card or bank account numbers, you should immediately contact your financial institution. Learn more.
