Why can't I create an extra mail address?

There are a few reasons you might not be able to create your desired extra address:

1. It's already taken.
2. You already created one. And one is all you can create.
3. Not enough characters after the dot.

If you put a dot in your extra address, you need at least four characters after the dot. So something like yahoo.123@rogers.com isn't available. Make sure you've got at least four after the dot!
