How do I know when I am reaching my email storage quota?

Check out the percentage you're using of your storage limit in the bar-graphic at the top of the Welcome page when you sign in to your account. See it? It's in the upper-right corner.

Also, we'll send you early-warning messages when you reach 70% and then 90% of your limit. When you fill up completely, we'll send you another!

If you reach your storage limit and someone tries to send you email, the message is returned to them with an explanation that you reached your storage limit.

You might want to delete messages from your account in order to make room for new messages. Download any messages or attachments you want to save for later viewing before you delete them. For attachments, this is easy—just click them and then click the "Download Attachment" button. For your actual messages, there's no easy way to do this, but probably the best is to copy and paste the text into another program and save your messages as documents.
