What’s the best way to make room in my account?

The smartest way to start making lots of room in your account is to get rid of any big emails you don’t need anymore. And it’s easy to find them! Just click the Size column header to stack your messages by size, biggest to smallest.

Your biggest emails are the ones with big files attached to them, or lots of photos. Look in all your folders, not just your Inbox. Often, you’ll find these huge memory-takers in your Sent folder.

Check the boxes beside any messages you’d like to delete. Then click Delete! Presto.
