What should I do after a Server 500 Error?

Most server errors are caused by temporary problems and can be easily solved by doing the following:

  • Click the "Back" button on your browser to reload the previous page, and then try your action again.
  • If you continue to receive the error, it may be that you're trying to submit a form that contains invalid data such as special characters. If this is the case, try rewording your entries and then submit the form again.
