How do I add stationery to my email? |
First, make sure you're composing in Rich Text. You’ll know you’re in Rich Text if you see a row of buttons – the Rich Text toolbar – across the top of your message window. Buttons like B (for bold), I (for italics), U (for underlining), a palette for choosing colors. See them?
If so, simply click the last button on the right, the stationery button. This opens a window where you can choose from a collection of playful, artistic, and even romantic backgrounds.
If you don’t see this row of buttons, then look next to the Subject: box at the top of your Compose screen and click Rich Text. Bingo! The buttons show up. The stationery button’s on the far right.
