How do I collect my mail with IncrediMail build 618 and higher?

Want to "POP" your Rogers Yahoo! Mail into your IncrediMail account? Here's how to do it:

1. From the IncrediMail main window, click the "Tools" menu and select "Accounts."
2. Click the "Add" button to create a new email account.
3. The account wizard opens. Select the preference "Let me configure settings myself" and click "Next."
4. Insert your name (as you would like it to appear on the emails you send) and your Yahoo! email address (user@rogers.com). Click "Next."
5. IncrediMail attempts to automatically fill out the email server settings for you.
6. Enter or verify that your incoming and outgoing servers are:
• Incoming mail server: pop.broadband.rogers.com
• Outgoing mail server: smtp.broadband.rogers.com
7. The next dialogue requests that you enter your Rogers Yahoo! ID and password.
8. Click "Finish."
9. Back on the Mail Accounts window, select the Yahoo! Mail account you just created and click the “Properties” button.
10. Select the “Advanced” tab
11. Under “Outgoing mail (SMTP)”, ensure that the box next to “This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" is not checked.
12. Under “Incoming mail (POP3)”, ensure that the box next to “This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)" is not checked.

If you followed the above configuration steps, you should be all set. However, if you cannot send or receive mail with your email client, try the following tips.

The Rogers Yahoo! Mail SMTP server requires authentication. Make sure you have enabled SMTP authentication. To turn this setting on, follow these steps:

1. From the Mail Accounts window, select your Yahoo! account and click on "Properties."
2. Click the "Servers" tab.
3. Click the "My server requires authentication" field.
4. Click "OK."

To control deletion of messages from the Yahoo! Mail server:
