Does my service include POP access?

No. Rogers Yahoo! Mail Personal Address is a separate service from Yahoo! Mail.

If you want to read emails sent to your Personal Address account in an email client such as Outlook Express or Eudora, you'll need to purchase the Rogers Yahoo! Mail Plus service for the account(s) that feature your Personal Address.
