What are headers, and how can I display "all" versus "brief" headers?

Headers contain a complete record of the specific delivery route taken by an email. Since a full header is mostly computer gobbledygook, Rogers Yahoo! Mail shows a brief version of it at the top of your emails. This includes the date, sender name and subject. But if you want, you can see the whole thing!

For the full header of an individual email, just click Full Headers in the lower-right corner of the page, below the message.

If you’d like to see full headers ALL the time, you can set that up, too. Here’s how:

1. Click Options in the upper-right corner of the page.
2. Under “Management”, click General Preferences.
3. In the “Messages” section, find “Headers” (listed first) and select "all."
4. Click Save to put your new settings into effect.
