I archived messages, so why are they still shown in my Rogers Yahoo! Mail account?

Messages you archive are saved as copies in a ZIP file. They won't automatically be removed from your Rogers Yahoo! Mail account. Deleting them is a separate step. Why? We don't want to make the mistake of deleting anything you don't intentionally go through the process of deleting.

Please remember that archived messages can't be imported back into Rogers Yahoo! Mail. When copied, they're in a format ("eml") that is readable only in a desktop email application like Outlook, or in word processing applications if you convert them to TXT files.
