What are the “Preview” (for text attachments) and "View" (for image attachments) links? |
Clicking Preview displays the attached file without opening the associated program on your system. This speeds things up for you. Handy, huh?
After looking at the file, you can choose to Scan and Save to Computer or, of course, you can simply delete it.
Clicking View beneath an attached image does not open the image immediately for viewing, unfortunately. View first scans the attachment for viruses. When no virus threat is detected, you can click the Download Attachment button to either open or save the image.
