What should I do if I get spam at a disposable email address?

If some spam messages are sneaking through Rogers SpamGuard and still making it to your Inbox, first - click Spam on them. This trains your SpamGuard filter to recognize this type of message and to send it to the Spam folder.

If you don't expect any more legitimate or useful email to be sent to the disposable address that's getting spam, just delete the address. Here's how:

1. Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Mail page and select Mail Options.
2. Under "Spam", click AddressGuard.
3. Toward the bottom of the page, click Set up a disposable address.
4. Click the address you want to delete.
5. Click Delete, or press Delete on your keyboard.
6. Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete Disposable Address.
