Why is a CertifiedEmailTM message getting sent directly to my Spam folder?

If you previously marked a CertifiedEmail message from a specific sender as Spam, all future messages sent by that sender will be sent to your Spam folder. If you’d rather route these messages to your Inbox or another personal folder, open your Spam folder, click the message, and click Not Spam.
