What do I do if I get CertifiedEmailTM that’s spam?

CertifiedEmail^™ is available only for “permission email.” Permission email is email from senders who have your permission to send to you – either because you opted in to receive their email, or because you’ve got an existing business relationship. By design, CertifiedEmail is not available for use on unsolicited email messages.

Still, if you feel a certified message really is spam, toss it in your Spam folder. That way, any future emails from that address will go straight into your Spam folder. And we’ll notify our partner that a certified sender put out a message that’s believed to be spam.
