Why are only some messages marked as CertifiedEmailTM? |
CertifiedEmail™ is an optional class of email that some senders choose to use. Think of the Postal Service and how it offers different classes of email – first class, certified, registered, etc. Different senders choose different classes of email for different purposes. CertifiedEmail senders go through the extra effort to send their email Certified in order to assure you it’s authentic.
