What is CertifiedEmailTM, and what benefit does it provide to me?

CertifiedEmail™ is a class of email that provides accredited commercial, non-profit and government senders an easy and reliable way for you to identify authentic email messages from them.

Messages from CertifiedEmail senders are marked with a blue-ribbon envelope. This assures you that:

  1. The sender of the message is legitimate, and has been verified by Goodmail as the true owner of the brand being represented.
  2. You have an existing relationship with this sender, either because you opted-in to the sender's email or because you’re an existing customer.
  3. The sender of the message meets strict standards set by Rogers Yahoo!, including maintaining very low spam complaint rates.
