How do I send email using the Sidebar? |
The Rogers Yahoo! Mail Sidebar module allows you to view your most recently received messages, including all new incoming messages as you browse the Web. The Yahoo! Mail mini-module displays the subject and sender of each unread email message in your inbox. Each message appears for a few seconds, and then the next one fades in to replace it. You can click a subject to display the full email message in the Rogers Yahoo! Mail application, or click the Rogers Yahoo! Mail mini-module (outside of the subject link) to make Rogers Yahoo! Mail the active Sidebar module.
When Rogers Yahoo! Mail is the active Sidebar module, you can:
- Display a message in the Rogers Yahoo! Mail application by clicking its subject.
- Compose a new message by clicking "compose." A new window opens and displays the same message composing page you use in the Rogers Yahoo! Mail application.
- Open, mark as read, flag for follow-up, or delete a message by clicking the envelope icon next to the message and then selecting the desired option from the context menu. You can open messages on the currently displayed tab (the default), in a new window, or on a new tab.
- Click the >> button on the Rogers Yahoo! Mail Sidebar module to access additional options, such as opening the full Rogers Yahoo! Mail application, composing a new message, refreshing the Rogers Yahoo! Mail Sidebar module, accessing your Rogers Yahoo! Mail Sidebar module options, and specifying how many email messages should be displayed.
