How do I clear the Primary ID from the User Chooser? |
The User Chooser screen is the first screen a user is greeted with when using the Rogers Yahoo! Browser.
In some instances, the User Chooser can get configured with a Primary ID that is not valid.
In these instances, you may need to clear the User Chooser IDs and start over.
The process of clearing your Primary ID requires an ActiveX control to be downloaded to your machine. This will occur on the next page. If the control is already present on your machine, you will not be prompted. If you are prompted, select "Yes" to download the control and follow the directions.
