You can choose how often the app updates by going to:

1. menu
2. Settings
3. Select the down arrow next to "Auto refresh."

You can choose from the following options:

• Never
• 1 hour
• 2 hours
• 4 hours
• 8 hours
• 12 hours
• 1 day
